The MKY44-MC01A is a CUnet slave IC with one-axis motion control. |
Its motor control abilities include not only turning spinning on and off, but also acceleration/deceleration control and positioning control.
You can specify speed in units of 1 pps. The MKY44-MC01A can also store 32 operation patterns to "pattern memories." The operation patterns combine acceleration/deceleration parameters, travel distances, and target coordinates. This function makes it simpler than ever before to execute pattern operation control from a master. For GPIO, the MKY44-MC01A has 4 bits of DO and 4 bits of DI. This eliminates the need to prepare a separate GPIO unit as was formerly required for connection with a motor driver.
Existing users of CUnet can get easy positioning control just by adding this product to their networks.
New users have the opportunity for easy distribution and decentralized control with slaves, by networking the positioning controllers that used to each be connected separately to the master.
