CUnet slave IC, four 16-bit DA channels |
![]() |
The MKY44-DA16B is a CUnet station (hearafter "slave") IC with analog output function. |
DA output speed depends on the speed of the CUnet network. Because a CUnet network allows multiple-master configurations, the IC must specify the CUnet IC to be its master to output DA.
The MKY44-DA16B's DOSA (Data Output Station Address) pin is used to specify the address of the CUnet IC to be its master. When this is done, the MKY44-DA16B outputs the control data written to the memory of the specified master.
Furthermore, this control data is automatically copied to all CUnet ICs through CUnet communication (memory sharing).
You can get analog output control just by adding this product to your network.
New users have the opportunity to reduce D/A wiring that used to use parallel connections and to achieve easy, networked analog control.
